At the Startup Demo Night
600 guests, 60 startups: WIFI and interested people came together to touch and try out new things. From software and hardware to apps, devices and Prototypes – there was a lot on offer. The wifirockstars, as a service provider for WLAN / WIFI for events, were allowed to provide the WLAN for the Startup Demo Night. The Startup Demo Night, regularly organized by BayStartUP in cooperation with Werk1, attracted the who's who of the Bavarian startup scene for the seventh time.
The core of the evening event was the second phase of the Munich business plan competition. Of the 60 startups present, 10 were nominated for the award #MünchenerBPW. Five high-tech startups were recognized as competition winners. 88 participant teams had submitted their rough business plan by mid-March. The focus was on developing a marketing and sales concept. First place went to the founding team Park here forgive. The young company wants to establish parking areas equipped with sensors that are more sustainable and communicate faster in cities and municipalities.

what is BayStartUP?
It is the institution for founding, financing and growth in Bavaria supported by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and the economy. BayStartUP organizes several business plan competitions in the Bavarian region. A total of 200-300 startup teams take part each year.

It is an incubator, coworking space and offers event space in Munich.
who are they wifirockstars?
Specialized service provider that provides temporary WLAN/Wi-Fi for rent for events such as conferences, congresses, trade fairs, incentives, festivals, etc.
