Professional qualifications

Sales skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, and closing.
  • Experience in the B2B sales environment with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Knowledge of communication solutions (e.g. Internet, telephony, SD-WAN) and energy solutions (e.g. renewable energies, energy efficiency).

Technical understanding :

  • Basic knowledge of telecommunications and energy markets, including current technologies and regulations.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and understandable way.

CRM knowledge :

  • Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales processes (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, ZOHO).

Certifications (optional):

  • Certified Sales Professional (CPSP) for sales skills.

Tasks and responsibilities
