Professional qualifications
Sales skills :
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, and closing.
- Experience in the B2B sales environment with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
- Knowledge of communication solutions (e.g. Internet, telephony, SD-WAN) and energy solutions (e.g. renewable energies, energy efficiency).
Technical understanding :
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications and energy markets, including current technologies and regulations.
- Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and understandable way.
CRM knowledge :
- Experience with CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales processes (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, ZOHO).
Certifications (optional):
- Certified Sales Professional (CPSP) for sales skills.
- Certified Sales and Marketing Professional (CSMP) for strategic sales planning.
Tasks and responsibilities
Customer acquisition :
- Proactively approach potential customers through cold calling, networking and digital channels.
- Building a network of business contacts in the SME sector.
- Sales of communication solutions based on satellite technology such as STARLINK
Needs analysis :
- Analysis of the specific needs of SME customers in the areas of communication and energy.
- Advice on tailor-made solutions that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Sales process management :
- Preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts and conclusion of transactions.
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships to secure repeat business.
Market observation :
- Monitoring market trends in telecommunications and energy.
- Identification of new business opportunities based on technological developments.
