WIFI ROCKSTARS at AC/DC Rock or Bust World Tour 15
As part of the Rock or Bust World Tour 15, around 43,000 rock 'n' roll fans were treated to first-class rock music at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen on June 12, 2015. The wifirockstars team was there again – with high demands, one could even call them challenges. The entire "Wi-Fi for AC/DC" project was subject to rapid and short-term planning; specifically, it took just under five days from the initial request to its implementation.
More support for top acts with special requests
A completely temporary, very powerful WIFI network was installed, including the entire infrastructure such as routers, switches, etc. for the various areas (backstage, production, crew, etc.) within the arena.
Stable Wi-Fi was also booked backstage for the artists and management. To ensure a stay fit for world-class stars, FC Schalke 04's dressing rooms and their guest cabins for the backstage and VIP areas were converted and adapted accordingly.

What was particularly important for this project, in addition to sophisticated technology, was quick action and consistent support during the event. The respective management had various special requests that we had to implement at short notice, including some modifications just before the performance. Overall, a cool project with more live support, more rock star appeal, and more of a challenge.
