Marketing know-how:
- In-depth knowledge of the conception and implementation of online marketing strategies
- Experience in e-commerce, particularly in the positioning and marketing of premium products
- Experienced in social media, content marketing, SEO and SEA
Technical understanding:
- Confident use of common tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Shopify, Klaviyo (or comparable CMS systems)
- A sense for visual storytelling and user experience

Tasks and responsibilities
Campaign management:
- Strategic planning, implementation and analysis of online marketing campaigns across all relevant channels
- Development of creative concepts to increase reach, engagement and conversion
Content Management & Social Media:
- Establishment, maintenance and further development of the social media presence
- Creation and planning of editorial content (text, images, video)
- Building an authentic community around the wirelessmaxx & connecting.works brand
SEO & SEA:
- Keyword research, on-page optimization, performance analysis
- Development and implementation of Google Ads and social ad campaigns
- Monitoring of KPIs and continuous optimization
Brand development:
- Further development of the brand strategy in the digital space
- Implementation of consistent, emotional storytelling across all touchpoints
- Close cooperation with product development, sales and management
