Professional qualifications

Marketing know-how:

  • In-depth knowledge of the conception and implementation of online marketing strategies
  • Experience in e-commerce, particularly in the positioning and marketing of premium products
  • Experienced in social media, content marketing, SEO and SEA

Technical understanding:

  • Confident use of common tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Shopify, Klaviyo (or comparable CMS systems)
  • A sense for visual storytelling and user experience
  • Affinity for data-based campaign optimization

Creativity & Aesthetics:

  • Ability to develop brand-appropriate, emotional content
  • Experience in designing social media and advertising content in line with brand identity and sustainability values

Tasks and responsibilities

Campaign management:

  • Strategic planning, implementation and analysis of online marketing campaigns across all relevant channels
  • Development of creative concepts to increase reach, engagement and conversion

Content Management & Social Media:

  • Establishment, maintenance and further development of the social media presence
  • Creation and planning of editorial content (text, images, video)
  • Building an authentic community around the wirelessmaxx & connecting.works brand

SEO & SEA:

  • Keyword research, on-page optimization, performance analysis
  • Development and implementation of Google Ads and social ad campaigns
  • Monitoring of KPIs and continuous optimization

Brand development:

  • Further development of the brand strategy in the digital space
  • Implementation of consistent, emotional storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Close cooperation with product development, sales and management
